Jimmy Ortiz Ortiz began his journey in the martial arts in 1990 when he became a student of Master Cardona. Since then his has earned his black sash and has become an assistant instructor at the school. Ortiz is a veteran championship competitor, having competed in over 100 tournaments. He also has extensive experience as a judge in numerous martial arts events as well as demonstrating in Chinatown and various Chinese Cultural events.
